IMPORTANT / BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Passports: All travelers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from Tunisia. However, we strongly recommend traveling with 6 months validity on your passport at all times. Most destinations, including Tunisia, require that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure. We recommend that you have at least two free pages in Visas section of your passport before any international travel.

Visas: Tunisia tourist visa is not required for citizens of United States of America for a stay up to 120 days. Check with your airline in case you have connecting flights overseas as part of your journey to Tunisia. It may be the case that countries you pass through en route to your destination may require a separate transit visa.

While we will assist when needed, please note that passport, visa, and vaccination requirements vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the traveler. If you are a US resident, you may visit Travel.State.Gov for more information on passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for various countries.

Medical & Travel Insurance: Unfortunately, sometimes things happen in life which means your plans may have to change.  That is why we strongly recommend taking out Travel & Medical Insurance to cover all eventualities. Contact us if you may need our assistance.

CARLOS MELIA / OUR HOST

Northern Africa has always captured my attention. Coming to Tunisia for the first time, I was expecting to find a new alternative to Morocco, to which I have been many times. Now what I discovered, was far more fascinaitng and yet unexpected. Tunisia, with its Mediterranean and ancient Imperial influence, stands on its own as a destination to be explored from Tunis onwards to the Sahara Dessert. Join me on this journey to Tunisia. – Carlos Melia
