IMPORTANT / BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Passports: All travelers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following your departure date from Slovenia. However, we strongly recommend traveling with 6 months validity on your passport at all times. Most destinations, including Slovenia, require that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure. We recommend that you have at least two free pages in Visas section of your passport before any international travel.

Visas: Slovenia tourist visa is not required for citizens of United States of America for a stay up to 90 days. Check with your airline in case you have connecting flights overseas as part of your journey to Slovenia. It may be the case that countries you pass through en route to your destination may require a separate transit visa.

While we will assist when needed, please note that passport, visa, and vaccination requirements vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the traveler. If you are a US resident, you may visit Travel.State.Gov for more information on passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for various countries.

Medical & Travel Insurance: Unfortunately, sometimes things happen in life which means your plans may have to change.  That is why we strongly recommend taking out Travel & Medical Insurance to cover all eventualities. Contact us if you may need our assistance.

Lake Bohinj, Slovenia

CARLOS MELIA / OUR HOST

Slovenia was on my Travel Bucket List for several years, until last 2018 I decide to venture into it and explore it fully. I was fully captivated by its abundance of natural beauty, cuisine and wines, from Ljubljana to the Slovenian Riviera and beyond. In such a small territory, you will find all that neighbor countries like Italy, Austria and Croatia offer at a much more convenient price tag. Join me explore Beautiful Slovenia.
