Also he arranged a wheel chair for my husband at the airports which made things so much easier. The hotels and resorts were amazing! I won’t lie, they we’re bigger and a little more exspensive then I would have normally booked. That being said, they were amazing! Beautiful pool private villas with our own pools! Rented cabins over looking the river. One resort even had a 24 hour private live in butler. We lived like kings. We had private tours guides showing us the country from temples, shopping, restaurant, elephants and even the night life. We even received hotel credits through booking with him. Truly one of our best trips ever. ....”

Also appreciated you creating an itinerary that accommodated my husband's special needs - not being able to do too much walking in a day. The days varied enough that he got a rest and the guides were always looking out for a seat for him to relax while explaining a site. The VIP greeters at the AP (especially coming into Rome) were worth it to not have to wait in long lines as well. Each of the drivers and guides that he sent were wonderful. A special note about the drivers: they all showed up early looking super sharp and handsome, which we really appreciated. "... When it comes to travel, you can call me picky. I've always organized trips myself and used to spend a considerable amount of time looking after every single detail. But when my wife and I decided to travel to Asia with our three kids for an adventure this winter, I knew I needed help to pull off the ambitious trip I had in mind. Carlos came recommended by a good friend, and exceeded all expectations. We were gone for two weeks and visited Hong Kong, Yangon, Bagan, Bangkok, and Koh Samui. "... Carlos helped us with all accommodations, air travel and tour guides for a week long trip to Argentina. The trip was simply spectacular. Every hotel was magnificent, We got several hotel room upgrades because of Carlos and this made a real difference. . Additionally, the guides and meet and greet service were all really great. He helped us customize the trip so that we had a great mix of sight seeing, wine tasting, hiking, spa and even a cooking class. Carlos followed up on everything and always responded promptly if we had any questions. His attention to all the details is what makes Carlos really stand out. For example, he recommended we attend a tango show in BA and the show he recommended was amazing and in a truly beautiful hotel. It was something that I had originally doubted doing and I am so glad we did not miss that. I would highly recommend Carlos if you are planning a trip and will definitely use his services again!
